Beyond that, I’ll regularly ask you to: • Add or remove products on the main WordPress site when we launch new lines • Monitor and reply to customer or supplier emails so the inbox never backs up • Compile a concise sales report at the end of each week so I can see revenue performance at a glance All the log-ins and brand assets will be provided. I’m happy to show you the current workflow on a quick screen-share; after that I’d like you to manage the process independently, flagging any issues you spot. I value clear communication, fast turnaround and an eye for detail—if a menu item is missing a modifier or the numbers in a report don’t reconcile, I need to know before the customer does.
