We need help in reducing our soft bounce numbers to their lowest levels possible. Each send is garnering about 40% soft bounces on email addresses that were once considered healthy and dependable not too long ago.
We would like to get your take on what’s going on, why this is happening, what are the steps to fix this issue and how long this will take to repair. We work with Sendinblue and we need this issue resolved as quickly as possible.
We are about to take on another client and it would not serve us any good if a majority of our emails are not even being considered for delivery to our subscribers' inboxes
