We have an industrial electronic product PCB and we need a power supply board .We have decided to keep the power supply input voltage as two option as
INPUT
1)24VAC/DC Universal polarity insensitive -Option A
2)12VDC only - Option B
OUTPUT
5v DC @ 2amp
3.3VDC @4 amps
12VDC @ 2Amps
All outputs amps are concurrent load conditions
high quality EMI/EMC compliant design [login to view URL] best solution to fit in industrial as well as residential environment applicable in US,UK,EU and Australia
overload output protection,overvoltage input protection and thermal shutdown needed.
The powersupply board shall be suitable in high temperature rooms like 40 deg C as well as cold storage rooms like -10 deg C Shall work well up to 95% humidity environment.
The power supply should emit less heat as much as possible
The work is only limited to schematic circuit design & BOM only (PCB layout design service not required!!.we will do our self)
