I need a three digit (LED) counter designed that will run on 5v (will count a high signal from a TTL compat. circuit). It must have non-volatile memory (so count is not lost when the circuit is powered down), and a reset button.
I just need the circuit -- I do not need a prototype. I also do not need a PCB layout. I will build and test myself. 100% of project cost will be put in escrow at the start of the project. I will release the escrow after the circuit is successfully tested.
Guys, this is not a $250 job -- not even close. It is a simple circuit -- why bid it up like that? I am looking to pay no more than $50 for this project.
Here are some clarifications:
-- use discreet components (no PIC)
-- no batteries please
-- unit should hold its count for at least 48 hours with no external power
-- can you exclude a memory chip by using a supercapacitor to keep the circuit powered up?
