design and test a pcb that manages 10 channels of a car charger (residual current monitoring of DC6mA&AC30mA, SSR as "relay", control pilot CP=1kHz PWM for communication with car controller according to IEC61581), each channel 3ph, 32A max=22kW, so 10 channels max 220kW. multiple boards can be stacked to ie 100 charge points, where 220kW in total should still be enough. the MCU (ie stm 32) must be able to communicate with the central PC that controls which port gets what current via PWM. pic attached. i dont have any 61581 version, 2017 is the lastest afaik.
when that hw (incl MCU-sw and com to PC) has been done, the next milestone should be an APP for the user to demand changing, and server com with stats and billing etc.
this project should be for an appartment block. the control unit stays inside the building, only cables go out to the type2 charge points.
your quote must include the whole project, inlcuding the APP android/ios and stats/tables.
