I'm looking for an electrical schematic and pcb layout of a laser diode driver capable of driving 3 laser diodes.
The selection of which diode to drive must be selectable by a mcu.
The circuit must not exceed 6A if more than 2 diodes are to be fired at once, so for example if 2 diodes to be fired, each will be driven by 3A or if all 3 diodes are to be fired at once, each will be driven by 2A.
Each diode is a 5W laser diode with the following specs:
If = 6A
Vf = 2V
This circuit must be powered by a [url removed, login to view] Li-Ion battery.
Dimensions of the PCB need to be within 70mm x 13 mm, including the mcu. The mcu is not part of the scope of this project, but pcb layout must leave room to accommodate a mcu in the design.
