hi there.
Startting a new project for a vending machine...
i am looking for a consultant to document / architect the required hardware and also develop documents explaining how the firmware should operate for a Vending Machine Controller PCB.
Project requires an RTOS expert familar with either FreeRTOS or MQX for Kenetis K40/60.
IDE of choice is EWARM from IAR (V6.30).
Following hardware will be connected to the microcontroller:
An MDB slave interface to read credit deposited into coin mechanism or read available credit from RF Cashless module.
Two Pumps (one to dispense and one to clean pipes).
One flow meter to measure amount dispensed.
One push button to allow operator to dispense liquid
One 2 line LCD showing operator amount of credit remaining.
One USB HID capability to allow technician to extract daily reports from the micro.
Ability to store statistics
One door switch to determine if door is open or closed.
All necessary hardware will be shipped to the successful candidate for future firmware development.
This project is just to documented how RTOS firmware should be developed:
It must outline the RTOS tasks to be used along with semaphores, timers, mutexes, etc.
I will supply the technical documents for all hardware needed if i choose you to develop the firmware.
From a hardware perspective I will be dicussing CE certification achievements.
This project is a major project.
I am Only interested in Experienced people. Real solid experience must be demonstrated to me.
I hope to be able to contact the person by skype on a daily basis.
Daily updates will be required.
