Very simple Nintendo (NES) program

I need a Nintendo Entertainment System iNES file (.nes) that can be played in an emulator. When the game starts, a graphic is shown and the text "PRESS START". The next screen shows a page to enter the character's name, using the UP/DOWN keys on the Nintendo controller (like an old arcade game). The third screen has another graphic, plus some text.

The two bitmap pictures (for the first and third screens) contain colors from the NES's palette. Assembly language or nbasic are both fine.

Note: the images have 16 colours, and are around 150x150 px. They can't be simply broken up into sprites, since the NES has a 8-sprite limit per row. They also can't directly go into background tiles, since the background has a limit of 4 colours (3 + transparent) per 4x4 cell.
