Simple Electronic Circuit Diagram

Hello, Have a rather simple project I need completed and need assistance mapping out the circuit and the build for the parts. i will be assembling it by hand so no surface mount parts please. I have attached a basic drawing of the circuit and its functions. This circuit receives its input from a standard audio speaker system with a 5 watt max and the frequency will range from 20hz to 20khz. There will be two different inputs and a ground. We must monitor each of the inputs via a scope that we have attached. We then modify the signal as listed on the sheet. Once we modify it we reduce the power to between 1ma and .1ma. Once it is reduced we must monitor both signals again via a scope. The signals then go out to a source(shown in diagram as led however it is really more of a variable resistor) then goes to ground. As you can tell I am not a electronic engineer but do understand some of the basics. If there are any questions about this project please ask and I will answer right away.
