I have a very easy project to for someone with electronic experience. I need a schematic made for a USB charger connected to a battery. I will need all the correct electronic components listed out in a Bill of Materials with there specs, Including fuses, wire size, what wires go to what pin-outs, and any other electronic parts needed
**** (I want more then an Inline Fuse, to the USB port and Jumper Pins 2&3 to make the phone think it is charging in AC mode, There is a reason for the additional electronics inside car chargers and I would like this to be explained and to be used in this product.)**** This is a requirement*****
1. Must be able to charge two I-Pads Simultaneously without the message appearing on the I-Pad "Plugged in but not charging" (Required)
2. If you know how setup a Rapid Charge System EVEN better (Optional)

Details of the Project:
TWO USB Female Ports (10 Watts) each I believe to prevent the I-Pad message from popping up "Feel Free to Correct ME")
Battery: Voltage: 12V Capacity: 11AH CCA or Cold Cranking Amps: 120
You design everything required in-between to meet the criteria above.
Deliverables: One complete Schematic with BOM and all pin-out locations from where the fuse goes to where to attach the wires to the USB port.
Additional - Please do not send me a message saying "I can complete this for you" Giving me no more information then that. Please tell me enough info about about yourself so I am confident in your ability to generate the requirements above. I will answer any question if you would like to know more about the full system that this is being plugged into. Also please let me know why I should chose your bid
*** Note: this is a very simple project and should not be bid over $100 in the fact that this should only take about an hour or two to complete and I can also purchase a pre-existing system to reverse engineer this from for about $45. (Trying to save time of purchasing and reverse engineering the system myself) ****
