Design of a PoE-Receiver with led driver

We need a pcb design (RoHS) for a a PoE-receiver-pcb with power supply and led driver.

This PoE-receiver would be connected to an single-board-camera-module ("camera-pcb").

This pcb receives via PoE-Lan cable a +48V signal with 100Mbit/s ethernet and should to serve via solder pads:

* 100 Mbit/s ethernet

* 12V power supply with minimum 200mA

* Status LED Port (signal comes from the camera-pcb)

* Power LED Port (signal comes from the camera-pcb)

* Photo Diode + Port (signal goes to the camera-pcb)
