Necesito plasmar en una sola placa todo el sistema de control para seis tiras LED RGBW independientes basadas en el driver 2415F (protocolo de 2 hilos: Data + Clock). La idea es utilizar el módulo WT32-ETH01 —un ESP32 con Ethernet integrado— como cerebro de la solución, de modo que pueda gestionarse vía red local. Busco a alguien con experiencia intermedia demostrable en diseño electrónico y creación de PCBs que pueda: • Diseñar el esquema eléctrico incorporando el WT32-ETH01, las seis salidas de señal (Data y Clock por tira), la etapa de potencia necesaria para cada canal RGBW y la circuitería de protección. • Rutear la PCB procurando buena distribución de alimentación y señal, canales diferenciados para cada tira y conectores claros para entrada de 24 VDC y salidas a LED. • Entregar los archivos de producción (Gerbers, BOM y diagrama esquemático) listos para enviar a manufactura. • Incluir recomendaciones de componentes críticos (transistores / MOSFET, reguladores, disipación térmica) con disponibilidad actual en proveedores habituales. Agradezco si puedes añadir sugerencias para el footprint del WT32-ETH01 y dejar espacio para un header de programación/depuración. El alcance se centra en el hardware; el firmware no es obligatorio, aunque valoraré ejemplos básicos de encendido secuencial para verificar la placa.

No son solo renders de KiCAD, son muestras de algunos de mis PCBs reales armados y ensayados en mi laboratorio. -No encontre informacion del driver 2415F, no se si accidentalmente escribiste mal el numero de parte, pero alli quedaron expuestos algunos colegas que usan chatgpt y ponen "lei cuidadosamente" -He usado Drivers LED como el TI TLC5947 para controlar LEDs de forma independiente, Tengo tambien proyectos creados con LEDs NeoPixel. -Puedo encargarme perfectamente de tu proyecto, al hablar ambos español vamos a tener una comunicacion fluida e incluso tienes la posibilidad de comunicarte conmigo mediante video-calls en esta plataforma en tu zona horaria. -Respecto al footprint del WT32, todo depende de como tengas soldados los pines, yo podria hacer en el PCB el footprint para que encaje perfectamente y un puerto de programacion onboard que suelo usar para todos los chips de Espressif. Este header te permite flashear el ESP32 mediante un conversor USB-UART usando dos pulsadores para IO0 y Reset o armar el programador como corresponde con los transistores (ya lo tengo hecho y te lo puedo entregar sin cargo) para que IO0 y Reset se activen automaticamente y el ESP32 entre en modo flash.
