I have worked with Altium, proper, for the past year but used Protel 99SE for over a decade before that. I have more experience in RF and in control systems than in PCIE, but have done some ethernet and fiber optic modules and LVDS routing in addition to 30 years of RF. I am employed full time (no conflict, just time constraints) but mostly work from home in Rockledge, FL except one week a month in Andover, MA. If I end up in NY, it will be Mellville at UL again... If you have the time budget for this to be done over a month of part time work, then I am sure I can perform a quality job. I don't do a lot of 3D modelling in Altium, but if you need that then my mechanical guy through four companies is retired with a SolidWorks license. I am sure I can sub out a proper STEP file if it is needed. What are your bus frequencies? Other than FCC Class B (or A), what other considerations are there?
