I’m moving forward with an industrial development and need a civil engineer who can take full ownership of the site-development package, concentrating first on a robust electric-grid layout for the property. The project scope revolves around service-sized power distribution: locating and sizing transformers, designing primary and secondary runs, coordinating with the local utility for tie-in requirements, and integrating the plan with overall grading, drainage, and pavement concepts already in progress. You’ll prepare stamped drawings, load calculations, conduit schedules, and a concise report ready for permitting. All work must align with local code, utility standards, and the NEC. CAD files (DWG) and a PDF plan set will be the expected hand-off, along with your professional calculations spreadsheet. If questions arise about ancillary items—grading, drainage design, or roadway geometry—I’m open to including those as optional add-ons once the electrical backbone is settled.
