I am looking specifically for someone who has experience and can design a “BLDC Surface mounted Exterior Permanent Magnet motor”
Simple parameters will be provided. The design must include using math to figure out the following details:
- Main dimensions, stator design, winding, conductor size, slot dimensions, stator teeth, stator core, flux in stator core, rotor design, air gap, no load current, size and shape of permanent magnets, stator core area flux density length and diameter, rotor size, iron loss in stator teeth and core and other loss components, leakage resistance, stator slot leakage, resistance of stator winding per phase, impedance, losses and efficiency, stator temperature rise
Weather CAD software is used to assimilate these results or manual is ok, as long as you show your work.
