I suggest to arrange atleast 2 classes in a week 1 learning and 1 practice also we will keep activities/ ice breaker rounds after every lesson. We will start with introduction and basic communication then we will move forward with routine communication and then travel and anything else. We will also try to know their level of understanding so that we can work accordingly, Now let me tell you structure of the session. Warm Up about themselves like how was the day and how are you feeling what you ate then we will discuss about their routine and problems they are facing and at last we will continue with the session. If we follow this routine we will be able to engage the person more. And once they are comfortable they will be more confident and this routine will encourage them to share more about themselves and talk freely. At last we will keep a reflection session where we will ask the person the changes he can feel in himself from beginning to the end of the session.
