I require a short presentation film to inform and educate my intended audience. The film is a compilation of photos and text which moves over a motion background and has music as well. I will provide the background score and the background graphics as well as the script and images. I need someone to lace it together using a film edit software.... with good transitions and drama. I have made 4 films like this in the past and can share them with the freelancer hired. The film / presentation will be about 8 minutes long and follows a specific visual style that I have in mind. My budget for this project is INR 5000. I am looking for a freelancer who has experience in creating informative and educational films and can work within my budget. Ideal skills for this project include video editing, animation, and motion graphics. The freelancer should also be able to work closely with me to ensure that the final product meets my vision.
