This is a remote, freelance hourly project for an independent contractor. The expected workload is approximately 20–40 hours per week, depending on campaign volume, business priorities, and the scope agreed through Freelancer. All communication, project coordination, file sharing, time tracking, invoicing, and payment will remain on Freelancer.com. Project Overview The selected freelancer will help improve the performance of our direct-to-consumer eCommerce business across digital marketing, site experience, analytics, and conversion optimization. We are looking for someone who can combine strategy with hands-on execution. You should be comfortable reviewing performance data, identifying growth opportunities, improving paid media efficiency, optimizing the customer journey, and turning insights into practical actions that support revenue growth. Main Responsibilities 1. eCommerce Strategy & Site Performance You will help manage and improve overall eCommerce performance across key commercial metrics, including traffic quality, conversion rate, average order value, revenue, and repeat customer behavior. This may include reviewing site merchandising, product positioning, promotional priorities, seasonal campaigns, landing page performance, and customer journey friction points. 2. Digital Marketing & Paid Media You will support strategy and optimization across acquisition channels such as paid search, paid social, and display advertising. Responsibilities may include campaign performance review, budget recommendations, targeting improvements, creative direction, channel prioritization, and identifying where campaigns should be scaled, refined, paused, or restructured. All marketing activity must follow applicable laws, advertising platform policies, and ethical marketing standards. We are not looking for spam, deceptive tactics, unauthorized account activity, or any prohibited marketing practices. 3. Analytics, Reporting & Insights You will analyze performance using tools such as GA4, Looker Studio, and relevant reporting dashboards. The goal is not only to report numbers, but to identify what should be improved next. You should be able to translate data into clear recommendations related to traffic, revenue, conversion, customer behavior, paid media efficiency, and testing opportunities. 4. Conversion Rate Optimization You will help improve conversion performance across landing pages, product pages, site flows, messaging, and broader customer experience. This may include developing CRO hypotheses, planning A/B tests, reviewing test results, and recommending changes based on behavioral data and commercial impact. 5. Cross-Functional Coordination You may coordinate with internal marketing, product, merchandising, CRM, and external contributors where needed. You should be able to communicate clearly, document recommendations, and keep growth work organized across campaigns, analytics, and site optimization. Expected Working Rhythm The project will follow a performance-focused cadence. Daily or near-daily work may include checking campaign and site performance, reviewing key traffic/conversion/revenue trends, and identifying immediate issues or opportunities. Weekly work may include campaign optimization, analytics review, dashboard updates, testing recommendations, and coordination around execution priorities. Monthly work may include strategic reporting, budget recommendations, CRO roadmap updates, and identifying new opportunities to improve revenue, efficiency, and customer experience.
