This Job is home based (You are working from your own home)and Zero Hour contract , so once there is work we will call you . You need to make yourself on your computer. available between 12PM - 6PM UK TIME
You are required , to have a :-
- suitable working space at your home
- fast internet connection
- Must make your self available as and when required.
- Answer calls from management
- Be logged into the cloud applications we provide for you.
- Adhere to the working pattern agreed with management.
- creating postage labels.
- Handing Customer Queries.
- managing returns.
- liaise with other departments.
Additional duties upon Manager's request
- uploading inventory to eBay + Amazon
- Making List of products sold to re-order.
- Making list of products to order from specific supplier.
- Inputting delivery
- Research and advise new products on supplier website.
- ordering supplies.
- outbound calls to suppliers.
- Handing complaints / dealing with customer/order issues.
Afternoon hours -
We'd Prefer somebody that has previous experience with managing an eBay ,Amazon store. Someone that is comfortable to work in a different environment.
