eBay Auction Template Designer

Hi, I run a company called SharfWorld, our website can be found at www.sharfworld.com. We have just started selling our products on eBay and are looking for a small admin page which will allow us to easily create the html code for our eBay auction descriptions. We are looking for an administration page accessible through our site i.e. "www.sharfworld.com/auction.html" which would allow us to input the specific auction details into admin fields, i.e. product name, description, picture, warranty, shipping etc. Upon clicking submit this page would generate the html script for use in our eBay description. I know the admin part of this project is simple but I will need the look and feel of the auction template to be exactly right. Currently I do not know what colours/designs I want on the auction page and will not know until someone gives me some examples of what they have done. All I know is that the page must look professional and intriguing to visitors with a lot of added features that other eBay auctions don't have. Please see a simple example of a possible layout for our auction page at [login to view URL], please use this as a rough guide when completing this task. I understand you may not be able to complete the project until you are able to access our sites web space to view the product pictures etc. but if you just explain what you intend to do in these bits that will be fine. The first person to email me an auction template design that I am happy with along with what else they can do for the auction template I will pay £50 to. This will be payment for the admin part and the auction template. After that we will be needing a web designer to re-do our whole website(most probably in the same colours and style as the auction page template), which we will have a much larger budget for. We will use this project as a "Getting to know you" project, before letting you loose on our website!
