Required Drupal Expertise for multi lingual website. We do require applicants to work via structured process including solid QA process. We will only consider developers that can show example of professionally design sites which come with high end UX/UI design. Even if we plan to provide the designs ourselves. Experts working for business that need simple designs are not a fit. Usability, Scalability + Maintainability are super critical.
1) Build a new block for our existing website. We need experienced DRUPAL back end fire power
2) Our current website has issues with the current BUILD which has to be verified as in the past previous developers that missed the right skills made mistakes that today are preventing us making scale usage .
3) The new block is replacing the first block that currently is a picture + some buttons. The plan is to replace it with a Parallax horizontal scrollable block.
4) We do have a full briefing from our Front end designer

6) We also want a better "top nav navigation" that the content team can manage without intervention from the webmaster. We want top nav drop downs we can add pictures in and do more with than just words that link to a page
