We work with single-family residence in California that needs a complete fire sprinkler layout, covering the entire interior as well as the garage and exterior overhangs. All drafting must be done in AutoSPRINK so I can integrate your files directly into my permit package. Because the job falls under California’s C-16 scope, every detail has to track Cal Fire, NFPA 13D, and the latest California Fire Code amendments. I’m looking for a designer who is familiar to those standards, understands the hydraulic criteria local reviewers expect, and can build the plan set so it is essentially review-ready on first submittal.
