.NET MAUI Blazor Hybrid with deep links from AWS SNS notifications

Existing project:
Access to the existing boilerplate project will be provided in Azure DevOps.
We have created a simple .NET MAUI Blazor application using Visual Studio 2022. (Mobile App)
1: Send SNS notification with JSON payload from Mobile App
- Add support for sending JSON formatted notifications, using AWS SNS (A2P). Email + SMS.
- JSON payloads will be provided.
2: Deep link into receiving application. (Same Mobile App)
Click of the notification link will Open a page (Deep Link) in the Mobile App and de-serialize the JSON payload as a POCO
A:
Setup mobile and email subscriber
Fill in the email address
Fill in your mobile number
Fill in a topic name
Send register subscriber AWS SNS.
Email/ Mobile is now a registered subscriber to the named topic.

Add a simple dropdown to select: the JSON payload
Fill in the Email address
Send

Sending App flow (SMS)
Add a simple dropdown to select: the JSON payload
Add a simple dropdown to select a mobile number, populated from AWS SNS, containing registered (subscribed) mobile numbers.
Send.

Sending App flow (SMS/Email) Broadcast.
Send to all mobile numbers and emails registered (subscribed to)

Receiving App flow (Email)
Receiving App flow (SMS)
Deep link opens the app on the notifications page, deserializes JSON, and displays notifications.
Acceptance Criteria:
Must be able to send and receive notifications on emulators and real devices targeting iOS, Android, and Windows.
Assistance required adding distributions onto physical devices during the test phase.
If the app is not open, selecting a deep link from SMS and Email will open the app and navigate to the notifications page, displaying the notification.
The notifications page should show all the fields in the JSON payload which will be provided, after de-serializing the JSON as a POCO.
Provide configuration file to replace connection strings with our own AWS settings and provide any initial help to configure our AWS SNS environment to work as expected.
Working practice:
Work with your own AWS SNS account during development.
Commit code daily to our provided Azure DevOps repo.
