I need two separate web applications developed in parallel—one built with modern Java frameworks, the other on the .NET stack. Both projects will share a similar feature set and user experience, so a unified approach to architecture and UI/UX is important while still respecting the idioms of each platform. You should be comfortable designing, coding, testing, and deploying production-ready Java web solutions (Spring Boot or equivalent) as well as .NET web solutions (ASP.NET Core preferred). Clean, well-documented code, RESTful APIs, and responsive front-end components are expected on both sides. Deliverables: • Fully functional Java web application (source, build scripts, deployment guide). • Fully functional .NET web application (source, build scripts, deployment guide). • Shared technical documentation outlining architecture, database schema, and API contracts. I will provide wireframes, detailed requirements, and access to the hosting environments after kickoff. Please outline your approach, estimated timeline, and any relevant past projects when you reply.
