Hello. I propose to develop a lightweight Windows desktop application in C#/.NET for syncing local SQL Server database with latest backup stored in Dropbox. User can simply click Sync button and app will automatically download latest .bak file, restore local DB and show last synced date/time on main screen. Login system will be based on email and password with admin controlled user list. Admin can add, disable or delete users and also force resync. If user is deleted, local DB can also be removed automatically. App will use Dropbox API SDK and SQL Server Management Objects with proper security and rollback handling.
