I need a seasoned documentation specialist to turn a mix of notes, slide decks, and scattered process docs into a polished set of technical guides for our Project Management Office. The work spans three areas: drafting brand-new sections where information is missing, tightening language in the pieces I have already written, and shaping the final layout so the material is easy to navigate and ready for online or PDF publication. Scope The content centres on PMO frameworks—governance models, intake workflows, stage-gate reviews, reporting cadences, tool configurations, and KPI definitions. While our wider environment touches cloud platforms and database teams, your focus remains squarely on the procedures, templates, and standards that keep projects moving from idea through closeout. Collaboration & workflow • We will kick off with a short briefing and share folders in Confluence and SharePoint. • Expect asynchronous comments in Word/Google Docs plus weekly check-ins to keep momentum. • Style guide, branding assets, and sample artefacts are already prepared. Deliverables 1. Cohesive PMO Technical Guide (structured in chapters, fully copy-edited). 2. Source files with applied styles, tables, and graphics formatted for responsive viewing. 3. Change-log highlighting all edits to pre-existing text. Acceptance criteria – Content is complete, accurate, and consistent with PMI and SAFe terminology where referenced. – Formatting passes accessibility checks (headings, alt-text, colour contrast). – Final build exports without errors to both HTML and PDF. If you have proven experience documenting enterprise processes and can move seamlessly between writing, editing, and layout, let’s get started.
