Consumer IoT lives or dies at the intersection of RF integrity, power discipline, and DFM — get any one wrong and you’re respinning boards instead of shipping. Mixed-signal layout with a wireless stack on a compact form factor is exactly where I’ve spent the most time. Why me? • Designed complex, miniaturized PCBs across STM32, Nordic nRF (BLE-native), ESP32 (Wi-Fi/BLE), and Raspberry Pi platforms. • Hands-on with mixed-signal layout, controlled impedance stack-ups, grounding, and EMI-aware routing for wireless products. • Comfortable owning component selection — MCU/SoC, PMIC, storage, wireless modules — with full BOM and power budget justification. • Deliver Altium schematics, PCB, Gerbers, PnP, and assembly docs ready for fab Q&A. • Strong hardware-firmware bridge — I run bring-up myself, so handover is friction-free. • Responds within 2 minutes during work hours. Happy to jump on a short call to walk through the architecture before Milestone 1.
