Fix and finish a working scheduler from a python application for payment tasks within a paypal api on a Django Frameworkwebsite

Website built with Django, the framework for Paypal API is in place and needs minor tweaks to get working. I would like to finish the mostly-built application to ensure that the proper processes are run for the customer to receive a product on the work being scheduled to run. I would also like to ensure the paypal system is finished with the proper setup so payments can be sent to my account for the work performed by the computer application.
Paypal API and Python/Django are essential, along with working knowledge of task scheduling within a python framework website.
The work is on an Ubuntu Server.
