We are seeking an experienced Discord and Telegram Specialist to set up, manage, and monetize our Discord and Telegram channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a welcoming and engaging environment, setting up channels, adding roles, and enabling all necessary features for successful community management and engagement.
Responsibilities:
Set up and manage our Discord and Telegram channels.
Create and assign roles and permissions based on user responsibilities.
Implement monetization strategies for the Discord server.
Create and manage bots to streamline administrative tasks.
Ensure the server is prepared for launch and user-friendly.
Set up channels for different topics to keep the server organized.
Work with the moderation team to ensure community guidelines are followed.
Plan and organize community engagement events.
Requirements:
Proven experience managing and growing Discord and Telegram communities.
Strong understanding of Discord and Telegram features and functionalities.
Experience with Discord and Telegram monetization techniques.
Familiarity with cryptocurrency and blockchain technology.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in managing bots on Discord and Telegram.
Ability to work independently and take initiative in a dynamic environment.
