I am looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing professional to help grow an Instagram-led brand and support online sales across India. This is an execution-focused role, not a strategy-only or agency role. I need someone who can do the work, test ideas, and improve results consistently. Key Responsibilities Manage Instagram account (posts, reels, stories, captions) Plan and execute content consistently (not random posting) Handle basic paid promotions (Meta ads – awareness / lead level) Improve reach, engagement, and inbound DMs Coordinate content posting calendar and track performance Suggest practical ideas to increase visibility and conversions Who Should Apply You already practice digital marketing (Instagram / social media / ads) You can show real work (pages handled, campaigns, results, or portfolio) Freshers / self-taught marketers / interns are welcome You are comfortable working remotely and taking ownership ⚠️ Certificates alone are not sufficient — practical experience matters.
