We are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing & Growth Expert to drive end-to-end marketing for our startup, Slash. This role goes beyond campaign execution—we need someone who can connect all digital platforms, build a cohesive marketing engine, and continuously optimize performance. What we’re looking for: - Strong experience in consumer marketing (B2C / D2C) - Proven track record in scaling startups or early-stage companies - Expertise in performance marketing (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.) - Experience in marketing automation and engagement tools (e.g., MoEngage or similar) - Ability to connect and manage multiple platforms (ads, CRM, app, website) - Strong focus on data, tracking, attribution, and continuous optimization Scope of work: - Plan and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategy - Manage Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other paid channels - Integrate and optimize across platforms: - Ads platforms (Meta, Google) - Engagement tools (MoEngage or similar) - Mobile app & website - Set up and monitor tracking, attribution, and performance metrics - Continuously analyze performance (CAC, ROAS, conversions, funnels) - Drive full-funnel optimization (acquisition → engagement → retention) Nice to have (Bonus): - Experience working with startup ecosystems - Experience with mobile app marketing + user journeys - Hands-on with tools like Mixpanel, GA4, AppsFlyer, Firebase, etc. - Experience building automated customer journeys / lifecycle marketing To apply, please include: - Brief intro about your startup / consumer marketing experience - 2–3 case studies with measurable results (ROAS, CAC, growth metrics) - Tools/platforms you’ve integrated (Meta, Google, MoEngage, CRM, etc.) - Example of a full-funnel or 360° marketing system you’ve built
