We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time position with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing for a combination of remote and in-office work. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in developing and executing effective digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase sales.
Job Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing campaigns to promote LCC Realtors' brand and services across various digital channels, including websites, social media platforms, email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, and content marketing.
• Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify target audiences, industry trends, and competitors' strategies, leveraging insights to enhance marketing initiatives.
• Manage and optimize LCC Realtors' online presence by regularly updating websites, social media profiles, and other digital platforms with engaging content, property listings, and relevant information.
• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including creating captivating content, managing subscriber lists, and monitoring email performance metrics to improve open and click-through rates.
• Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales and design, to develop compelling digital assets, including graphics, videos, and interactive content, that align with the company's branding guidelines.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using web analytics tools, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and ROI of digital marketing activities, providing regular reports and presentations to management.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital media, communications, or a related field. Relevant certifications in digital marketing will be an added advantage.
• Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role, preferably within the real estate industry.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing principles, channels, and best practices, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools, email marketing software, and content management systems (CMS).
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns and drive results.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and tailor messaging for different digital channels and target audiences.
• Creative mindset and a keen eye for design, with experience in creating engaging digital assets using graphic design and video editing tools.
• Knowledge of real estate industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements will be an advantage.
