I’m ready to ramp up our performance-driven campaigns and need a Digital Advertising Specialist who can take full ownership of our Google Ads and Facebook placements. You’ll plan, launch, and continually optimise each campaign, working side-by-side with me and the wider marketing team to squeeze the most value from every dollar we spend. What the day-to-day looks like • Build and manage search, shopping, and paid social structures that mirror our funnel strategy. • Run disciplined A/B and multivariate tests, quickly turning winners into scaled roll-outs. • Track and interpret the metrics that matter—ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR—and translate them into clear, actionable insights. • Adjust bids, budgets, and creative based on real-time performance signals, ensuring efficient spend. • Package weekly snapshots and deeper monthly reports so we can see progress at a glance and drill into granular data when needed. Key experience I’m counting on You’ve already driven profitable growth through Google Ads Manager and Facebook Ads Manager, and you’re fluent in the analytics stack (Google Analytics, Meta reporting, spreadsheets or Looker). A strong grasp of attribution, audience segmentation, and creative testing will help you hit the ground running. Success looks like this • Campaigns live within five business days of receiving creative assets. • At least two meaningful A/B tests launched per channel each month. • Clear reporting that highlights wins, losses, and next steps—no data fog. • Continuous improvement of ROAS and CPA quarter over quarter.
