Brand Performance Marketing Manager

I run a growing consumer brand and I’m ready to hand our performance marketing over to a specialist who lives and breathes data-driven campaigns. The single KPI you will chase is sales growth; every click should move the revenue needle. Your job is to turn those insights into profitable campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads and Instagram Ads—building full-funnel structures, refining creative, running A/B tests and scaling winners. Deliverables I expect: • Accurate conversion tracking with tags/pixels firing correctly • Campaign builds or restructures aligned to our sales goals • Ongoing optimisation and clear weekly performance reports showing ROAS, CPA and next-step actions Success means a measurable lift in sales within the first month and transparent reporting that shows exactly where budget is being spent and why.
