Job Description:
Llevo un par de dias atorado con una actividad la cual consta de ejecutar pruebas unitarias en un Pipeline de Azure DevOps. Las pruebas unitarias se encuentran en un repositorio de GitHub y se pretende:
1.- Ejecutar dichas pruebas unitarias configurando el archivo yml del pipeline
2.- Ejecutar dichas pruebas unitarias dentro de un Stage en un release pipeline
3.- Generar un pipeline de pruebas y que este pueda integrarse a otro pipeline solo configurando lo necesario en un archivo yml
Las pruebas unitarias son un proyecto de C# con Selenium y NUnit.

I've been stuck for a couple of days with an activity which consists of execute unit tests in an Azure DevOps Pipeline. The unit tests are located in a GitHub repository, the plan is:
1.- Execute the unit tests configuring the yml file of the pipeline
2.- Execute the unit tests over an Stage of a release pipeline
3.- Generate a test pipeline that could be triggered by other pipeline setting the propper reference in the yml file
Unit tests are a C# project with Selenium and NUnit.
