Online police reporting system

The system need to have both Police officer and accident victim login.

Accident Victim:

1. Accident victim login to the system

2. He can make a new report (report includes details, picture) and also the map location)

3. He can view his past reports

4. Can update "saved" report only, not submitted (edit and save)

5. He can check the status of the report

6. Responds to inquiry from police officer

7. Can pay summon (If victim guilty, will receive a summon from police. The function is the paying summon)

8. Can print report. (Consist of: report No, date, time, details of victim, details of the accident, guilty of what, summoned by which police)

Police officer:

a. Can login to the system and view his dashboard.

b. Dashboard will list reports and he can view a specific report and details.

c. Can make inquiry (to a victim about the accident)

d. Can issue summon to the victim

e. Print reports (Consist of: report No, date, time, details of victim, details of the accident, guilty of what, summoned by which police)
