Building to be designed:
Basement and Ground floor mainly used for parking. Above it will be 7 floor residence. Each floor may consist of 7-8 flats 3 BHK. One flat may of 2BHK type. Or 1 could be studio or 1 BHK.
Road is 3 ft above surface ground level and basement needs to 4' above road level. Ramp of 1:8 can be used.
A swimming pool of 800 sqft and play ground of 1600-2000 sqft is required on the plot. There will be 1 m green stripe at the periphery of rear bounday.
Current boundary is of 10" thick wall around the property.
Residence flats of 3BHK need to be of max 1025 sqft. A couple of front(Road facing) flats may be of 1050 sqft. There should be at least 3 flats road facing.
There will be two staircases and 2 lifts. The corridor/passage of 5'2" width can be used but overall area of corridor should not be more than 350-380 sqft.
