Delphi programming language migration specialist knowledgeable in Microsoft ADO to migrate legacy 16-bit code written in the late 1990s to modern 32-bit code. Deliverables shall include source code, build instructions, programming documentation, and any other documentation needed to understand the source code or to develop, compile, maintain, or update the software. Deliverables also shall include any non-commercially available software development tools, compilers, linkers, libraries, and other resources used in the migration and needed for maintenance and enhancement of the migrated software.
