Program monitors com port. If Com port sees a string aD0! it will send back 10+65.55+72.5+1013.20<CR><LF> So I will use hyper terminal to send the Command aDO! and should get back the string 10+65.55+72.5+1013.20 with a CR and Line feed Program should be able to select Com Port to monitor and have a graphical front end to see the incoming command it is responding to
