Flipkart Delivery Person Needed

I need dependable delivery personnel to expand the last-mile network for our Flipkart Pvt. 5 hub. Your primary responsibility is to collect parcels from the warehouse each day and ensure they reach customers on time and in perfect condition. A solid knowledge of the local streets, shortcuts, and traffic patterns is essential because fast, accurate routing directly impacts customer ratings and bonus payouts. If you already have a valid driving licence or prior courier experience, that will certainly help you settle in faster, but it is not a strict prerequisite. Day-to-day you will: • Scan and load packages at the start of the shift. • Plan the most efficient sequence of stops. • Deliver, obtain digital proof of delivery, and update status in the Flipkart delivery app. • Report any delivery exceptions or customer feedback immediately. Reliability, clear communication, and a customer-first attitude are critical. If you know the area like the back of your hand and can keep up with a high-volume schedule, I’d like to hear from you.
