We are looking for a Deep Learning Engineer to help us with thew following project:
Medical image segmentation and anomaly detection. The objectives are as follows:
1. Segment medical images into background, tissue, and organs.
2. Detect and locate area of anomaly in organs. Training data with annotation (mask) information will be provided.
3. Examples of training data will be provided during the interviewing process.
4. We would like to achieve an accuracy of 95% or better.
Most of our development is in Python, and that’s we want to focus on, unless there is a good reason not to. Although we have done work in R and Matlab on occasions. We need the applicant to have experience in object classification, detection, and localization, as well as image segmentation and classification. We also need the applicant to have experience in optimizing deep learning models and hyper-parameter tuning.
To be considered, please send a copy of your resume and a list of recent projects, repos of code you’ve written, etc. so we can have a good idea of your past work and areas of expertise. Your resume must show the most important projects you’ve worked on, and the tools that you are an expert in.
There will be a fixed price agreement for each competition or project; we will not hire on an hourly basis. We get paid by project as well. Milestones will be setup and payments made accordingly.
Your WELL DOCUMENTED source code must be delivered to us in a timely fashion, and after each milestone. Your code must also be properly commented.
Please let us know if you have your own environment where you will be able to run training and testing tasks, or if you will need us to supply such an environment, or maybe a combination of both.
Please note that the proposed budget is for reference only. Feel free to propose the budget that you think would be fair for this task.
