I’m working with an existing Microsoft Access database that already handles basic email sending, but it needs a thorough refresh. First, I’d like a couple of new data points captured: one or two additional text fields plus a dedicated field that lets me store or reference an attachment for each record. Please add them cleanly to all relevant tables, forms, and queries so current data stays intact. Second, the email module itself needs more polish. I want to move away from the plain default message and instead pull information from the database into a fully customized template—logo, rich-text formatting, the works. If there’s legacy VBA or macros in place, feel free to refactor them so the codebase remains tidy and maintainable. Finally, there are a few lingering glitches (occasional send failures and minor form errors) that I’d like resolved while you’re inside the file. Deliverables • Updated .accdb with new text and attachment fields fully wired throughout • Customizable email template driven by record data (HTML friendly) • Cleaned-up VBA/macros with the existing bugs fixed • Brief change log so I can follow what was done Access version is Office 365 desktop; Outlook is my mail client.
