One slicer can drive all three only if they share common Employee and Calendar tables. So that is what I build first - two small lookup tables, with your three data sets related to them in the workbook's data model. Then one employee slicer and one date slicer move every chart at once. The week and day drill-down needs that Calendar table too. Excel's automatic date grouping looks fine until the data is refreshed, then quietly regroups itself. Worth flagging: you asked for one self-contained .xlsx, but also mention VBA - VBA would force the file to .xlsm. Slicers, heatmaps, KPI indicators and dynamic charts all work with PivotTables, the data model and conditional formatting. No macros, so you get exactly the .xlsx you asked for.
