I’m looking for a lightweight yet robust set of templates built only in Excel and Word. The first deliverable—and my main focus right now—is a project tracker I can update myself after hand-over. It must let me assign tasks, follow progress, and flag upcoming deadlines. I want the same information surfaced three ways: • a clean table for quick data entry, • an at-a-glance dashboard, and • a simple Gantt-style timeline. Formulas, conditional formatting, slicers, and data validation are fine; no VBA or other code. I also need journey-map, Kanban, templates. Deliverables – One Excel workbook linking the table, dashboard, and Gantt views. – A concise Word guide explaining how to add tasks, adjust dates, and toggle reminders. Acceptance criteria 1. Works out of the box in Microsoft 365 with no add-ins. 2. Reminders, status colours, and percent-complete fields function without editing code. 3. Layout and conditional formatting stay intact when rows are added or deleted. If you have sample trackers in a similar style, feel free to point me to them; it will speed up our discussion.
