Create a Map Data Visualization with Mapbox

Looking for someone to create a interactive map, where the user can search with a city or full address and get data presented on the map in different formats (heatmap and points).
Attached an simple mockup with
1) Logo of the Company
2) Search field for the area to be displayed. User should be able to enter City and Full Address. If a full address is entered this address should display with a red pin on the map.
3) Data categories that should be presented in a heatmap format. The users should be able to deselect categories and subcategories. Under for example Industry will be a list of Industries and the user should be able to select/deselect those subcategories (similar to "State" in the Carto-example).
4) User should be able to select/deselect Points of Interest Categories. For example if they select Daycare pins of the Daycares will show on the map (on top of the heatmap). If the user hoovers over a pin it should show the description (5).
Data would be provided by Excel in format similar to the one in the attached file.
