Model the simultaneous blending of ethanol, diesel, and compressed air in ANSYS Fluent and help me understand what really happens inside the mixer–combustor section. My priorities are clear: I need solid numerical evidence of mixing efficiency, a close look at combustion characteristics, and a clean picture of the underlying flow dynamics. Pressure-temperature settings as well as several fuel-composition ratios are fixed; I will forward the exact figures and boundary conditions the moment we start. Because the work is simulation-centric, please build the case from geometry through mesh, set up the reacting multiphase model, run the solution to full convergence, then extract all relevant plots and field data. If you already have custom UDFs for property variations, feel free to apply them—I’ll supply any missing correlations. Deliverables • Fluent project files (.cas, .dat) with all settings intact • Post-processing package (plots, contours, animations) highlighting mixing, combustion zones, and velocity fields • Brief technical note summarising methodology, key findings, and recommendations for optimisation I’m happy to discuss solver settings, turbulence-chemistry models, or any additional parameters you think will sharpen accuracy.
