I have several years of historical real-estate records (transactions, listings, absorption rates, and macro indicators) and I need a reliable time-series model that can predict future market demand for the next 12–24 months. You’ll start from the raw CSV files I provide, explore and clean them, engineer any seasonality or economic features you feel will strengthen the signal, then build and tune the forecasting model. I’m open to classic statistical approaches (ARIMA/ETS), machine-learning ensembles, or deep-learning architectures such as LSTM or Facebook Prophet—whichever offers the best out-of-sample accuracy and interpretability. Please include: • Fully commented code (Python or R) that runs end-to-end • A short report explaining data preparation, model choice, performance metrics, and key insights • A set of demand forecasts in CSV for monthly (or weekly, if feasible) horizons up to two years • Clear instructions so I can reproduce the results on my own machine Accuracy, clarity, and reproducibility matter most; otherwise, feel free to bring your own toolkit and creativity.
