Seeking bookkeeper/administrative professional for growing local company. This position requires a self-starter with great customer service skills. Experience dealing with local governments and zoning is a plus.
Administrative duties include:
-Answering the phone and calling customers
-Preparing permit applications
-Sending requested paperwork to customers
Bookkeeping duties include:
-Invoicing & accounts receivable
-Recording all activity for multiple companies
-Interaction with outside CPA firm
-Preparing reports for management
Experience with QuickBooks and MS Office is required.
