I'm looking for Balkan (Bulgarian,Macedonian,Serbian) MS excel specialist , who knows Cyrillic or Bulgarian to do automation on MS excel table. The automation must include a way to load a .txt file of data and follow the logic of Bulgarian Form 76 (official excel form [login to view URL]) so it can autopopulate which worker was at which place/date based on the data of the file and do the necessary checks to prevent impossible scenarios. Let's say we have: Ivan - 4h, SofiaPlace, 19.02.2026 Ivan - 4h, PlovdivPlace, 19.02.2026 This means Ivan was 2x4 at different locations and Form 76 has individual sheet that has to be filled based on the Place he was working at. There are about 130+ people, sometimes 8h at once place sometimes only 4h or 2x4h. Final thing is to check whether this person was indeed at valid contract at 19.02.2026. The info is contained for him in another excel table. All the details will be shared on PM. No other major functionalities are needed, its about me explaining all the details in a quick audio/video meet. Fixed price of $250 and it is paid at once after project is tested with real data and confirmed by me. The payment is guaranteed as the money comes from a serious Bulgarian company. No milestones are accepted.
