Virtual Assistant (Excel Support) – Strategy Consulting Firm We are a boutique strategy consulting firm based in Australia that works with CEOs and Boards of large community organisations. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our consulting work with data preparation, Excel work, and general administrative support . This is a remote role with flexible hours. Initially the role will involve approximately 10–15 hours per week, with potential to grow over time. Key Responsibilities The Virtual Assistant will support consultants by assisting with tasks such as: • Excel data entry and spreadsheet formatting • Updating performance data in Balanced Scorecard tracking sheets • Basic data cleaning and organising information in spreadsheets • Preparing and formatting PowerPoint presentations • Online research and compiling structured summaries • Document formatting and preparation of reports • General administrative support related to consulting projects Skills & Experience The ideal candidate will have: • Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy • Strong organisational skills • Ability to follow structured processes and instructions • Good written English • Experience supporting consultants, analysts, or professional services firms is a plus Preferred but not required • Experience with PowerPoint or presentation formatting • Basic data analysis or dashboard work • Experience working remotely with international teams What We’re Looking For We are looking for someone who is: • Reliable and consistent • Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets • Proactive and organised • Able to follow clear systems and processes This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with structured information, spreadsheets, and supporting consulting projects behind the scenes.
